Micah Petry: Artistic Director/Founder
Micah has been teaching percussion for 17 years. He has traveled all over the United States, and worked with percussionists from all different levels and backgrounds. Micah believes that a great drummer is good, but an awesome, well-rounded percussionist can write their own ticket!! He has a passion for teaching, and has taught all ages from 7 years old to adults. Micah has been fortunate enough to have studied under some the the world's top percussionists and educators, and he promises to pass that knowledge down to you. Micah is a Vic Firth Educational Team member specializing in two of their programs: Marching Percussion Specialist, and Scholastic Educational Professional. Micah spends his free time trying other creative outlets, or driving his motorcycle along the coast.
